Senior AI Lead

About T3T3 is an award-winning AI implementation partner for high-risk industries. We support the adoption of trustworthy AI across the entire lifecycle, designing and engineering bespoke AI controls, conducting adversarial red teaming on models and AI systems, and implementing end-to-end AI governance operating models aligned to standards we helped write, including the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF.The RoleWe are looking for a senior, client-facing AI leader who can operate credibly from strategy through to production, and who can command a room while doing it. You will lead the delivery of AI systems for clients in high-risk and regulated environments, and you will be one of the faces of T3 externally.We are open on background. You might be a seasoned AI technical leader who has built and shipped real systems, an AI Governance & Controls leader who has shaped how AI is governed and deployed at scale.What unites the people we want is this: you can speak about AI with authority, you can deliver, and you draw in audiences and clients wherever you go. Experience from AI frontier Labs (Anthropic, OpenAI...), Big Tech (Google, Microsoft...) are a must. Prior academic/applied researcher working at the frontier of AI is a bonus.Engagements range from facilitating AI Strategy Workshops to overseeing the design and deployment of production-grade systems (including RAG pipelines, LLM-connected document workflows, and multi-agent orchestration) with embedded guardrails from day one. You will work directly with client stakeholders, translate ambiguous briefs into concrete plans, and take full accountability for delivery outcomes.What You Will DoLead client engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through to delivery and handoverFacilitate AI Strategy Workshops and technical discovery sessions with senior stakeholdersDirect the design and deployment of production-grade AI and agentic systems in regulated environments, hands-on or through the teams you leadBe a visible external voice for T3, through speaking engagements, client briefings, and thought leadership that draws in audiences and clientsEmbed responsible AI controls, security considerations, and compliance requirements into every engagementContribute to T3's growing delivery capability as we scaleWhat You BringCredible seniority in at least one of: AI technical leadership and delivery, AI Governance & Controls, or academic/applied AI researchA strong working command of the AI/ML stack: model selection, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, APIs, and evaluation, whether you build directly or direct and assure those who doA track record of speaking and presenting, with the presence to hold a C-suite audience, lead workshops, and pull in clients and crowdsWorking knowledge of AI risk, security, and compliance considerations in regulated sectors, particularly financial servicesFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) is an advantageWho You AreYou are a recognised voice on AI, whether your reputation was built in AI Governance & Controls, in technical leadership, or in research.
