The Junior Program Analyst will gather, enter, review, analyze, prepare, and prepare information into prescribed data formats and systems. The Junior Program Analyst will evaluate information to identify issues and develop recommendations for solutions or process improvements.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReview information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established requirements.\nAnalyze program processes, requirements, and information to determine issues, trends, or opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop and submit recommendations for solutions to identified program, process, or data-related issues.\nPrepare detailed specifications, process documentation, workflows, and flowcharts.\nDevelop written reports, summaries, dashboards, visualizations, and analyses that communicate program status, trends, findings, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.\nOrganize and present analytical results in a clear, concise, and usable format.\nCoordinate with program personnel and stakeholders to obtain information, clarify requirements, and support assigned analytical activities.\nMaintain supporting documentation and records in accordance with established procedures.\nREQUIREMENTS\nQualifications\nRelated Experience:\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.\nMinimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience performing program, business, operational, or data analysis.\nStrong research, analytical, technical writing, and stakeholder-coordination skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting DHS and/or FEMA.\nExperience using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop dashboards, reports, and management-level insights.\n\nAbout INCATech LLC\nINCATech is an award-winning small business that has over 14 years of experience supporting the US Government.
