This role ensures efficient and compliant packaging processes.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance on case packing equipment, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.\nMonitor and adjust packaging line parameters to optimize efficiency, product quality, and minimize waste.\nConduct quality checks on packaged rubber components, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.\nAssist in the setup and changeover of packaging equipment for different product types and sizes.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues affecting packaging performance, escalating complex problems to engineering or maintenance teams.\nDocument maintenance activities, equipment performance, and quality control results accurately.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes and equipment reliability.\nAdhere to all safety protocols, quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP), and company policies.\nTrain and mentor less experienced operators on packaging equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to address packaging-related challenges.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nEducation:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required;\nAssociate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology) preferred.\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or rubber molding industries.\nProven technical aptitude with experience in operating, troubleshooting, and performing minor maintenance on production equipment.\nFamiliarity with automated packaging machinery and systems.\n\nSkills:\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform precise tasks.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\nBasic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nPhysical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.\nKnowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards is a plus.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
