CMM Programmer

Key Responsibilities:• Develop, write, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software to support manufacturing and quality assurance processes.• Interpret and apply GD&T requirements to create accurate and efficient CMM programs for complex rotorcraft components and assemblies.• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring proper programming for dimensional validation.• Utilize Catia and 3DX to interpret 3D models and integrate design data into CMM programming.• Maintain and update CMM programs to reflect design changes, process improvements, and evolving quality standards.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMM programming and operation.• Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel).• Communicate programming results and recommendations to executive management, customers, and cross-functional teams.Qualifications:Education:• Completed Bachelor’s Degree
