They will creatively assist with the implementation of quality, result driven ideas that help improve the customer experience while driving website traffic. Control the success of the most badass social media feeds in the industry by using customer photos, in-house lifestyle content & photography, and advanced Adobe suite knowledge to create eye-popping & engaging graphics that encourage the customer into our digital advertising purchase funnel. Ability to create industry leading emails, website content designs, and branded product & apparel designs that follow brand tone & ultimately lead to the overall success of the brands they represent.\nRequirements:\nJob Duties\nCreate high-quality, platform specific graphic content that aligns with company branding to help meet monthly division goals.\nLifestyle posts on platforms like Instagram & Facebook & advertisement graphics for sponsored posts\nCreate email & web content based on knowledge of UI/UX\nUse market & platform knowledge to write creative content descriptions that align with the call to action of our graphic content.\nContinuously stay up to date with market trends to communicate with customers most effectively through our graphic content.\nAbility to take product photos that showcase our company lifestyle while promoting brand awareness is a plus, but not required.\nPrioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on-time, occasionally within tight deadlines with little assistance from content lead.\nAbility & willingness to help develop the skills of fellow graphic designers.\nAccurately track & report graphic metrics daily.\nContinuously make improvements to the customer experience through graphic design with little assistance.\nCreatively assist in the development & brainstorming of Enterprise brands & promotions\nAssist with the development of new brand logos, colors and tone.\nHelp develop brand book, brand guidelines, brand tone, & magazine cover posters.\nDesigning emails to drive ecommerce revenue\nDesign, organize and coordinate digital assets for email campaigns/flows and/or digital marketing uses.\nEffectively communicate design ideas both verbally and in writing with the email team/email lead.\nCreatively assist in the development/brainstorm the Enthusiast Enterprise Branding/Promotions with little assistance.\nModerate level website/ UX design\nEffective use of layout, typography, spacing & critical thinking to help create the layout & mock-up for web based graphic projects.\nEffectively communicate design ideas both verbally and in writing with division & content leads\nProvide and drive new creative concepts and be able to balance brand consistency with innovation.\nModerate level branded product design\nAbility to create apparel or product concepts when needed.\nCreate mock-ups and assist with the in-house ordering and handout process for Appleton employee orders.\nAssist in the creation & marketing for all apparel & branded products.\nSkilled with project workflow\nPlanning, Creation, Editing, Scheduling/Posting to Facebook, Instagram, etc.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nCommunication\nAdobe Suite\nCollaboration Skills\nPhotoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign\nCustomer/Client Focus\nDecision Making\nOrganizational Skills\nMarketing Knowledge\nProject Management\nTime Management\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nHigh School Graduate or General Education Degree\nBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or Marketing, preferred\nExperience\n3+ years of graphic design experience\n1+ year of marketing experience\nPrior experience in e-commerce, preferred\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.\nExpectations\nLocation: Onsite; Wrightstown, WI\nTrack your own hours both honestly and accurately.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
