Develop, implement, and maintain quality assessment and improvement programs.\n\nAssess compliance with federal, state, and industry regulatory and accreditation standards, facilitating processes to remediate and/or maintain compliance. Provide organizational education related to regulations and standards and coordinate local, state, federal, and accreditation surveys.\n\nUse a variety of applications (including, but not limited to, PatCom, UDS, ORYX, and Press Ganey) to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, research issues, identify resources, and access external databases.\n\nEnsure the update and maintenance of hospital plans, including the Provision of Care/Scope of Services, Leadership, Information Management, Utilization Review, Infection Control, and Patient Safety plans.
