{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"b0252d9fd080e86cda9b22fe","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b0252d9fd080e86cda9b22fe","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b0252d9fd080e86cda9b22fe","title":"Human Resources Manager","description":"Job ID: 526125\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nSafely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in pit and mining operations\r\nReport any problems to your manager.\r\nOperators will be responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and co-workers.\r\nWhen working with co-workers, constant eye contact will be maintained when backing, communicating using hand signals or other movements.\r\nProperly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.\r\nFollow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.\r\nPerform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the Foreman.\r\nPerform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.\r\nAssist in training less-experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing and repair of equipment to further their abilities.\r\nPerform general labor duties when necessary.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nOperate and monitor automated asphalt plant control systems to produce asphalt paving materials\r\nWork Requirements\r\nPass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.\r\nPass a pre-employment \"Fit for Work\" physical.\r\nAble to provide valid documentation for the I-9 immigration document.\r\nDisplay a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.\r\nWilling to travel and work away from home when required.\r\nWilling to work nights and weekends when necessary.\r\nReport to work at the designated start time.\r\nAble to work overtime when required.\r\nWilling to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.\r\nStrictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.\r\nWillingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.\r\nWear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.\r\nAt least 18 years of age.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
