RAN Feature Test Engineer

We are hiring a Network Engineer – Feature Tester to join a leading telecom product readiness team focused on introducing next-generation 4G LTE and 5G radio technologies across North America.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on lab testing, troubleshooting, and working with cutting-edge wireless technologies before they go live in major carrier networks. What You'll DoPerform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE / 5G technologies in lab environmentsExecute structured feature testing and validation of radio products (HW & SW)Support proof of concept (POC) and pre-commercial testing with customersWork on BBU (Baseband Units) and Radio configurations across multiple bands/technologiesExecute Test Object Lists (TOL) and document resultsTroubleshoot network issues and resolve technical faultsCollaborate with internal teams, development units, and customer stakeholdersPrepare reports for customer acceptance and product rollout readinessContribute to automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency Required Skills & ExperienceStrong background in 4G LTE and/or 5G NR technologiesExperience in lab testing, integration, or network validationKnowledge of RAN, baseband units, and radio systemsHands-on experience with troubleshooting and test executionAbility to work with structured test cases and documentationStrong communication skills for cross-team collaborationWe are Connectors.
