Review and analyze complex challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors. Contribute to resolving issues and ensure deliverables meet organizational standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel and internal teams to support large-scale planning and execution. Leverage knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices to support operational excellence. What's Needed?4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in ServiceNow and MS Office products. Experience with SharePoint and a very analytical mindset. Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
