A successful candidate will be able to interact appropriately and efficiently with agents using excellent interpersonal and listening skills, professionalism and phone etiquette skills. The ability to use computer-based resources in a highly effective manner to educate and provide accurate responses to inquiries is crucial for success.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nScope of Appointment and Eligibility Verification (Medicare Supplemental Benefits).\n\nHandle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.\n\nActivities related to inbound calls, LIVE chats from sales agents seeking support for partners Medicare products.\n\nFollow communication scripts during SOA calls and Eligibility calls to remain in compliance\n\nMaintain detailed knowledge of Eligibility requirements/qualifications for our plans, special elections, Medicare related information and HRA support.\n\nVerify Medicare information to check if a potential member has all requirements needed to qualify for one of our plans.\n\nResponds to all customers in a professional and courteous manner.\n\nParticipates in meeting and/or committees as needed.\n\nManages work balance between calls and of phone actives/Live Chats.\n\nValue all aspects of diversity.\n\nLIVE chats for Eligibility Verification only.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nFluent in English and Spanish\n\nAdaptable, flexible, and able to manage through change.\n\nGoal oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed.\n\nDemonstrated communications (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and fosters a team environment.\n\nExcellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nAbility to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.\n\nDemonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions.\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\n\nSpanish Fluency\n\nAccurate data entry skills and attention to detail\n\nExperience analyzing and solving customer problems required\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer\n\nProven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team\n\nBenefits of working with Calculated Hire:\n\nPrevious experience working with this client and placing both permanent employees and contractors\n\nDirect communications with the hiring manager, which allows us to have a clear understanding of the timeline and move candidates through the interview process faster\n\nGreat opportunity to gain sales and health insurance experience.
