Inventory/Materials Technician Location: Orlando, FLDuration: 12+ MonthsFirst ShiftJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Inventory/Materials Technician to join our E&T departments stockroom team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of aerospace engineering components and supplies. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and issuing materials, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Responsibilities:Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of components and engineering suppliesMaintain accurate stock levels and order supplies as neededOrganize and optimize stock storage areasManage overstock and distribute controlled stock itemsMaintain Engineering Drawing Bill of Materials (BOM) part kittingOperate a company vehicle to transport metal finishing requests to local suppliers and move palletized equipment to various locationsRequired Experience: 2+ years of experience is required in Inventory Management or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent manual and clerical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Valid drivers license required Safety Shoes are required for this position.
