Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Process Operator, located in Martinez, CA. The Process Operator will be responsible for the daily operations of refinery equipment, monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key tasks include monitoring process flows, inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning, troubleshooting and solving operational issues, and adhering to established procedures and protocols to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality. Qualifications Experience in the Chemical Industry and Process Engineering.Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance tasks.Knowledge and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in operational processes.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Relevant certifications or technical training in process operations or a related field is a plus.
