The Fairbanks Boys & Girls Clubs is seeking a Temporary YDP1-Jr. Staff to assist in the supervision of school age youth and the safe coordination of activities provided within the Boys & Girls Clubs' five core program areas.
YDP4 - Program Coordinator
Boys & Girls Clubs of Southcentral AlaskaFairbanks, AK
Identify high needs youth (e.g., those at risk for abuse, neglect, gang involvement, substance abuse, depression, suicide), and report to supervisor for follow-up/profiling. Solid understanding of youth development, generally acquired through a minimum of 2 years of experience with Boys & Girls Clubs or similar school-age youth program.
YDP2 - Program Aide

Basic understanding of youth development, generally acquired through a minimum of 6 months' experience tutoring, mentoring, or supervising school-age youth.
