MFLC CHILD counselors are assigned to Child Developmental Centers (CDCs) on installation. MFLC CHILD counselors work closely with military branch points of contact (POCs) to ensure that program services are provided within the scope of the contract and meet the needs of the assigned installation.

Training in a social science, behavioral science, health science, guidance and counseling, or a closely related field and/or experience providing assistance, information or referrals to the general public related to social services, health care, or legal services; in child, adult, family, or group case management, licensing, or probation services; or providing care or services to delinquent juveniles.

RT may perform routine emergency care for patients ranging from infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.
