Supply Chain Project ManagerWe're looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to embed within our Development & Engineering (D&E) teams. You'll be the bridge between engineering and sourcing — making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time so complex engineering projects stay on track.What you'll doPlan and secure material availability for Design and Engineering projects, flagging risks earlyDrive supply chain execution against project milestones and escalate when neededManage engineering changes through the supply chain, clustering them where possible to minimize disruptionRun impact analyses on cost, timing, and supply when plans shiftAdvise senior stakeholders (project managers, supplier account teams, sourcing leads) on tradeoffs and solutionsReport regularly on material status, critical path, and cost impactIdentify process inefficiencies and lead improvementsMentor and onboard junior coordinatorsSupport Configuration changes while safeguarding PLM requirementsIdentify opportunities to cluster changes to reduce supply chain disruption.Act as a skill development mentor and or contribute to instructional sessions and training.Inolved in continuous improvement process to implement process changesOwn work instructions and or PLM processes.What you'll bringBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related fieldSignificant experience in supply chain or materials planning within complex, project-driven manufacturingWorking knowledge of PLM processes and engineering change managementComfort operating in matrixed environments with senior stakeholdersExperience with risk assessment, impact analysis and escalation managementA continuous improvement mindset
