Senior Safety Specialist

Location: 100% Travel within United StatesCompany: The Boldt Company – National Power & IndustrialAnticipated Salary Range: $72,400 – $92,733At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.As a Senior Safety Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building and sustaining an extraordinary safety culture across our projects. In this field-focused role, you’ll partner closely with project leadership to develop and execute jobsite safety plans, lead pre-planning efforts including Safety Task Analysis (STA) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and proactively identify and mitigate risk. You’ll collaborate with subcontractors to align safety expectations, conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and training, and ensure safe work practices and compliance across all phases of construction.You’ll also investigate incidents, support documentation and reporting, and help implement corrective actions while tracking, analyzing, and communicating safety metrics and trends at the project level. This role will support OSHA and MSHA inspections, ensure accurate documentation and follow-up, and serve as a trusted safety resource and mentor for both craft and project teams.
