You are passionate about design and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, and foster and nurture Client relationships. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.\r\nA Day in the Life\r\nWork side by side in a team environment with our Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projects\r\nPrepare strategic plans, serve as the primary contact with clients\r\nResponsible for contract negotiations, billing, AR, performing close-out and archiving duties for Projects\r\nManage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparation\r\nResponsible for facilitating and sealing contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining the sign-off from quality assurance and studio and client leadership for all required tasks\r\nDevelop design assignments throughout all project phases\r\nCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplines\r\nSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants\r\nPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities\r\nYour Strengths as a Project Manager\r\nTechnical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents\r\nProficiency in Revit is preferred\r\nUnderstanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA\r\nLEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred\r\nCollaborates closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadership\r\nWhat You Bring To The Table\r\nRegistered Architect with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university\r\n8+ years of design experience is preferred\r\nA cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.\r\nLife at LS3P\r\nTogether, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.
