You will perform minor procedures, handle a wide array of cases, and make a real difference in the lives of your patients. You'll work independently, supported by a strong team, utilizing Epic EMR technology, and adhering to the highest standards of clinical care and safety.Required Skills:Minimum 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settingsProficiency in Epic EMR systemBoard certification as either PA (PCCPA/NCCPA) or Family NP (certified)Active BLS, DEA, and applicable state/federal licenses and certificationsAbility to handle adult and pediatric cases confidently, including minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigationsStrong soft skills with excellent patient care and communication abilitiesSelf-reliant and capable of working independently as the sole provider in the centerNice to Have Skills:Experience working in high-volume urgent care or emergency medicine settingsPrior experience with multiple locations or travel between sitesFamiliarity with additional procedures or pediatric care nuancesPreferred Education and Experience:Graduate-level degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Advanced Practice NursingAt least 12 months of recent urgent care or emergency medicine experienceContinuous professional development and strong interpersonal skillsOther Requirements:Must reside within a 60-mile radius of our urgent care centers (we reimburse up to 60 miles roundtrip)Availability to participate in scheduled training sessions and onboarding on Wednesdays prior to first shiftAbility to provide all credentialing documentation promptlyIt's not just a job—it's a commitment to community health and your professional growth.This position offers competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and supportive team members dedicated to your success.
