Canvasser/Lead Generator (Roofing)

Pyramid Roofing Company is a locally trusted roofing contractor with 30+ years of experience serving the Kansas City metro. We’re known for honest inspections, strong customer relationships, and quality workmanship. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Roofing Canvassers. Key Responsibilities: Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to generate appointments for free roof inspections Identify homes that may qualify for roof repair or replacement based on visual indicators such as roof age, storm damage, missing shingles, or other wear Build rapport and trust with homeowners by educating them on the inspection process and next steps Confidently respond to common homeowner questions and objections Accurately enter homeowner information and inspection details into AccuLynx and other company systems as needed Track outreach activity and follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance expectations Support marketing efforts as needed, including creating and sharing social media content Carry a portable ladder and safely climb roofs to inspect exterior conditions.
