This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.\n\nDetroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Our SJE Rhombus brand is a leading provider of liquid level control products and pump control solutions for the water, wastewater, and sewage industries across residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Check us out at SJErhombus.com or SJEinc.com !\n\nThe job:\n\nAs our Control Panel Builder , your primary role will be to build electrical control panels that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources - Water! You will assembler control panels using a bill of materials, panel layout drawings, work instructions, or electrical schematics. You will layout and mount components on the back panel as well as the control panel enclosures (boxes) using common hand tools such as screwdrivers and wire cutters.\n\nThe skills, education, and experience you need:\n\nTo succeed in this role, you must have:\n\nExperience using common hand tools\n\nThe ability to work independently and as a team\n\nA willingness to learn\n\nA high school diploma or GED is required. We will teach you what you need to know about building high quality control panels.\n\nWhen you are considering a new job, it is normal to have a ton of questions. We have 2 day shifts to choose from,\n\nMonday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am - 11:00 am\n\nMonday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm\n\nWhat is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.\n\nWhat is the starting wage? The starting wage for this position is $18.50 per hour.\n\nWhat benefits do you offer?
