This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of data reporting to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.\nYou will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nAdvanced Excel & Data Modeling\nBuild and maintain advanced Excel data models using Power Pivot and the Excel Data Model.\nCreate DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs for business reporting.\nUse Power Query to automate data extraction, transformation, and consolidation from multiple sources.\nDevelop interactive dashboards and executive reports in Excel.\nImprove existing spreadsheets by increasing automation, accuracy, and efficiency.\nEnsure data quality through validation and governance controls.\nTroubleshoot and optimize complex Excel workbooks.\nIntegrate data from databases, flat files, APIs, and other systems.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting and business processes.\nDevelop Excel-based tools that improve efficiency and reduce risk.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions.\nRecommend improvements to reporting processes and data management.\nCreate standardized templates and reporting frameworks for consistent use.\nAnalytics & Business Intelligence\nPerform trend, variance, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.\nDevelop and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs).\nTurn data into actionable business insights, not just reports.\nServe as the team's Excel and reporting subject matter expert.\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience of advanced Excel Data Reporting and Data Modeling\nExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Power Pivot, Power Query, and data modeling.\nExperience developing DAX formulas, measures, calculated columns, and optimized Excel models.\nStrong Power Query skills, including data transformation, combining multiple data sources, and automated refresh processes.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel functions, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas.\nExperience building complex financial or operational models with linked datasets, dashboards, and reporting outputs.\nWhat Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)\nWorking knowledge of SQL, including joins, aggregations, and query optimization.\nExperience with VBA/macros or Office Scripts for automation.\nExperience using Power BI and understanding how Power Pivot translates to enterprise BI solutions.\nExperience working with large datasets (100,000+ records to multi-million-row environments).\nFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts and relational database structures.\nExperience supporting finance, fund accounting, banking operations, or investment management environments.\nUnderstanding of data quality management, reconciliation processes, and audit controls.\nJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
