Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing Director in executing various digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, design, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multichannel marketing strategies, advertising, sales and product management within a dynamic environment. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and contributing to the overall marketing success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram Advertising campaigns, to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Support multichannel marketing efforts across digital platforms such as email marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Contribute to content marketing initiatives including copywriting for blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and print advertising materials.
Help coordinate advertising sales efforts and develop promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is current and optimized for search engines using HTML skills when necessary.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Assist with budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Support product management teams by providing insights from marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve customer targeting.
Requirements
Proven experience or familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
Proficiency in Canva for creating visual assets. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
Knowledge of WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strong copywriting or AI skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for various channels.
Experience with B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
