The Data Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's digital transformation goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to manage multiple data initiatives simultaneously. Data Operating Model Design: Design and implement a robust data operating model that encompasses data governance, architecture, and management practices. Establish processes for data collection, storage, processing, and analysis to ensure data integrity and security. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Communicate data strategy and initiatives effectively to various audiences, including executive leadership. Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of data initiatives and the overall data strategy. Continuously monitor and refine the data strategy based on performance insights and changing business needs. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members in data management best practices and project management methodologies. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
