The role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and operational teams to drive strategic outcomes and continuous improvement.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead and manage multiple technology initiatives and enhancements by developing project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.\r\nAlign project objectives with organizational goals, manage requirements gathering, design and execution activities, and maintain effective project documentation and communication.\r\nTrack and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and expenditures, while providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.\r\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), proactively resolving delivery blockers and managing cross-team dependencies.\r\nFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while coaching teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean best practices.\r\nPartner closely with Product Owners, customers, sponsors, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, drive delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\r\nDefine, monitor, and report key delivery metrics and project health indicators, leveraging dashboards and reporting tools to provide transparency into project performance and progress.\r\nUtilize modern project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and Jira AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, reporting, workflow management, and operational effectiveness.\r\nSupport the CTS Customer Solutions initiative to enhance the end-to-end consulting and engagement experience for CDO customers by collaborating with business and technology partners to deliver strategic solutions, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous process improvement. #LI_DNI\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.\r\n5-7 years of relevant experience required.\r\n5+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience leading medium to large technology initiatives.\r\n3+ years successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget and quality guidelines.\r\nProficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, ServiceNow, etc.\r\nSolid understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.\r\nProven ability to successfully lead projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\r\nDemonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage within it.\r\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills including with executive level presentations.\r\nStrong analytic and problem solving skills.\r\nExperience managing project plans, time lines, test plans, resources and budgets.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.\r\nITIL or ITSM certifications.\r\nProven analytical and business skills.\r\nFamiliarity with DevOps, release management, and cloud transformation initiatives.\r\nKnowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, storage, databases, cloud platforms (AWS), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is preferred.\r\nVisa Sponsorship\r\nApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).\r\nIn-Office Collaboration\r\nWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
