You will be part of a team that is embedded in the daily operations to include a Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Crafts Specialist, and Process Engineers. As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Programs.\nResponsibilities Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment, including updating PM, PdM, and CBM routines and equipment lists in SAP.\nConduct Critical Equipment Analysis and Criticality Assessments.\nManage Critical Equipment lists.\nTrack and analyze reliability data on Critical Equipment.\nDevelop maintenance strategies for equipment.\nIdentify and define reliability improvements for daily maintenance and projects.\nTroubleshoot long‑term equipment issues.\nIdentify critical spares and recommend spare parts inventory levels.\nTrack, manage, and analyze area asset reliability data.\nManage area equipment files and documentation.\nConduct RCIs and incident investigations for equipment failures.\nConduct daily job site inspections and walkthroughs.\nIdentify and scope potential reliability improvement projects.\nFacilitate area maintenance planning and execution meetings for outages.\nProvide input to weekly maintenance schedules.\nAssist with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.\nParticipate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), PSSR, and Management of Change (MOCs).\nProvide oversight of store equipment repairs on and off site.\nParticipate in safety programs and initiatives.\nEducation & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is required. Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred. Five or more years of relevant industrial experience in reliability engineering are required.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Proactive problem‑solving approach.\nProficiency with MS Office suite.\nKnowledge of a maintenance scheduling tool.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with stakeholders throughout the plant to solve problems.\nAbility to organize and prioritize tasks.\nPreferred Qualifications Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module.\nPrevious experience working in a PSM plant.\nKnowledge of engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc.\nKnowledge of machinery lubrication.\nKnowledge of equipment monitoring such as vibration analysis, ultrasound, oil analysis, and infrared thermography.\nUnderstanding of industry design, repair standards, and maintenance practices.\nPhysical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to walk reasonable distances, potentially on uneven ground or catwalks, and ascend stairs.\nAbility to climb ladders and navigate through industrial settings and around equipment/installations.\nAbility to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and crawl.\nAbility to maneuver in confined spaces.\nAbility to reach with both arms.\nBenefits As a 100% teammate‑owned company, we proudly offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, personal paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits to eligible teammates.\nEqual Opportunity Employment Statement Hargrove is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
