Title: Hematology Oncology Physician Job - $627K–$702K permanent Hematology/Oncology opportunity at a well-equipped community cancer center in Wyoming, ideal for physicians seeking meaningful work, strong support, and long-term stability. This outpatient-focused role offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum Hematology and Oncology with a manageable daily volume and the ability to care for complex cases in collaboration with tertiary centers. With competitive compensation, generous time off, and a collaborative culture, this position offers both professional fulfillment and lifestyle balance.Practice Community-based Hematology/Oncology practice with full-spectrum care Competitive compensation ranging from $627,909 to $702,044 based on experience Outpatient-focused schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Approximately 14 patients per day with 2–4 new consults daily Call schedule of one week per month, minimal and phone-only Well-equipped cancer center with on-site infusion services LINAC available for radiation therapy with Radiation Oncology on-site weekly Current single-physician practice with future growth potential Case mix averages ~60% Hematology / 40% Oncology Management of complex cases including AML and post-transplant patients Highly experienced NP Director with dedicated nursing and MA support Internal Medicine cancer center physician focused on follow-up care Multidisciplinary tumor boards accessible virtually with regional partners Epic EMR with Abridge AI for in-room note capture 28 days PTO, 5 CME days, and $5,000 CME/licensing allowanceLive Where Mountains, Community, and Balance Come Together This Wyoming mountain community offers an exceptional quality of life defined by affordability, safety, and outdoor access.
