Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of breakfast and lunch dishes in the kitchen. Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items - Ensure all food meets quality standards and is prepared on time - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Experience - Proven experience working in a restaurant or similar setting - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and health regulations - Familiarity with menu planning and food safety practices - Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely - Experience in fine dining, catering, or the food service industry is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
