Our ideal candidate will be passionate about growing our people and ensuring our programs connect to global strategy, are consistently delivered and well-received across the organization.\r\nYour Core Responsibilities\r\nOwn and evolve IMC's global L&D portfolio, ensuring programs align with business strategy and future capability needs\r\nOwn, optimize, and manage the operations of global L&D programs, including needs analysis, resource allocation, delivery, communications, evaluation, reporting, content evolution, and vendor relationships\r\nDrive cross-regional execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are managed effectively\r\nOversee vendors and internal partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery\r\nUse data and feedback to continuously refine and scale high-impact solutions\r\nExecute with strong project management skills, including monitoring work plans and managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, keeping key people informed, and escalating as needed\r\nEnsure policies, programs, and guidelines are followed and manage exceptions and escalations\r\nContribute to additional HR and IMC initiatives as needed\r\nYour Skills and Experience\r\nBachelor's Degree; Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D, talent development, or related program leadership roles\r\nSignificant experience managing complex, multi-regional programs in a matrixed, high-growth environment\r\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels and geographies\r\nSolid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design\r\nExceptional project management, prioritization, and execution discipline\r\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight and action\r\nEstablished track record for taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering (training yourself and partnering with trainers) learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs\r\nSignificant program management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with tight timelines\r\nProven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, concisely and with impact, understanding what is relevant versus what isn't\r\nOutstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus\r\nStrong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between complex issues, data, and outcomes\r\nAbility to produce quality deliverables\r\nAggregate data, complete analysis, and display results visually\r\nTranslate data into insights and tell a clear, concise, and compelling story tailored to your audience; make asks clear and easily actionable\r\nCreate clear, concise, professional written communications with a user-friendly layout that readers can follow\r\nThis role operates at a global level and will require meaningful international travel. You should expect to travel 25%-30% of the year with trips ranging from 1-3 weeks.
