Job Description Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with window tint installing, IS A MUST!2+ years of professional window tinting experience (required)Experience with ceramic, carbon, and dyed films.Ability to heat shrink rear windows cleanly.Strong understanding of different vehicle types and glass shapes.Experience using tint plotters/software is a plus.Valid driver's license.Reliable (ON TIME), punctual, and professional.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Window Tinter who can deliver high-quality tint installations with efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, understands different film types, and can handle a fast-paced shop environment without sacrificing quality.Key Responsibilities:Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, trucks, exotics)Cut, shrink, and apply film with precision (hand-cut and/or plotter experience preferred)Ensure all work meets Buff X quality standards (no contamination, peeling, or bubbling)Prep vehicles properly before installation (cleaning, masking, etc.)Remove old tint when required without damaging glass or defrosters.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate with team members and management on job status.Handle high-volume workflow while maintaining attention to detail.
