Ensure strong focus on Safety, Quality/Food Safety, and associated deliverables.\nLead and support maintenance system implementation, specifically the CMMS (MaintainX), by guiding plant coordinators to achieve full system adoption and effectiveness.\nOversee utilities management (Boilers, Air, and Ammonia systems) by reviewing current practices, establishing best practices, and ensuring appropriate checks and controls are in place to maintain system reliability and uptime.\nPartner with Operations to identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives through targeted engineering projects.\nSupport execution of current capital and engineering projects, including defining schedules, deliverables, and ensuring strong alignment with Operations.\nManage project plans and execution by reviewing designs, specifications, and schedule changes.
