Remote Special Education Claims Attorney

On Call Counsel is seeking a Hearing Representative for special education claims. You will manage a caseload of 100–200 claims and represent the agency through the entire claims process. Candidates must have an active bar license and at least 1 year of litigation experience.The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work remotely with flexibility in schedule.
