In addition, True Zero earned coveted spots on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America in 2022, 2023, and 2025, a testament to our sustained growth driven by our people-first approach and unwavering dedication to excellence.\nJob Requirements\nLead cybersecurity tool data calls with customer programs and technical leads.\nConduct detailed technical assessments of cybersecurity tools and platforms.\nCollect and analyze configuration data, logs, integrations, and usage metrics.\nEvaluate tool performance, coverage, tuning, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport identification of redundant capabilities and underutilized features.\nAssist with integration mapping between tools (SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, threat intel).\nDocument technical findings and contribute to assessment reports.\nSupport validation workshops and technical discussions with SOC analysts and engineers.\nAssist in developing transition and optimization recommendations.\nStrong understanding of NIST frameworks, federal security policies, and CISA guidance.\nExperience with cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, on-prem)\nHands-on experience with SOC tools such as SIEMs, EDRs, vulnerability scanners, and\nnetwork security tools.\nProficient with network security, IAM, EDR/XDR and SOC technologies are highly preferred\nFamiliarity with log sources, data pipelines, and security telemetry.\nExperience troubleshooting integrations and performance issues.\nArchitect tailored solutions using company products, creating design documents, diagrams, and proposals.\nUnderstanding of Federal security requirements and compliance reporting.\nDebug complex issues, resolve technical glitches, and provide support for existing systems.\nGuide clients through onboarding, integration, customization, and configuration.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Security+, GCED, GCIA, vendor certifications) preferred.\n\nWe’re actively searching for talented security and technology practitioners who are ready to experience the True Zero difference.
