This role combines software implementation, network administration, systems support, and technical consulting to ensure seamless deployments and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze client business and technical requirements to develop implementation strategies.\nConfigure, customize, and deploy software solutions based on customer needs.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and associated hardware.\nCustomize applications using configuration settings, APIs, scripts, or code to meet client requirements.\nDevelop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines, technical documentation, and deployment records.\nCollaborate with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nProvide technical training and ongoing support to clients and internal end users.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex software, networking, and system-related issues.\nPerform system testing, validation, and quality assurance before production deployment.\nManage multiple implementation projects while meeting project milestones and deadlines.\nMonitor software licensing and subscription services to ensure systems remain current, compliant, and cost effective.\nParticipate in post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nStay current with emerging technologies and implementation best practices.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, systems engineering, network administration, or a related technical role.\nExperience deploying enterprise software solutions in client-facing environments is preferred.\nExperience configuring and supporting network infrastructure is highly desirable.\nPreferred Certifications\nCompTIA Network+\nCompTIA Security+\nMicrosoft, Cisco, AWS, or Azure certifications\nITIL, PMP, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software applications.\nWorking knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, routers, and firewalls.\nExperience with SQL and relational database management systems.\nFamiliarity with APIs, scripting, or software customization.\nUnderstanding of software testing and quality assurance processes.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nStrong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nAdaptable to changing technologies, priorities, and business needs.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position is classified as Light Work and may require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.\nActivity\nFrequency\n\nSitting\n6 to 8 hours\n\nStanding\n1 to 2 hours\n\nWalking\n1 to 2 hours\n\nDriving\n1 to 2 hours\n\nBending/Squatting\nUp to one-third of the workday\n\nLifting/Carrying\nUp to one-third of the workday\n\nMental Demands & Work Environment\nMental Demands\nStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nEffective planning, prioritization, and project management skills.\nAbility to work under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.\nWork Environment\nPrimarily an indoor office or multi-site operational environment.\nFrequent interaction with computer systems, networking equipment, and end users.\nOccasional travel to client or facility locations may be required.\nMay occasionally be exposed to moderate noise levels or healthcare environments.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
