Join us and put your skills to use to help keep our modern sawmill running at peak performance.\n\nThis is a permanent, full-time position on our Weekend Shift Friday - Monday 530am - 6pm.\n\nWhat you will do as a Millwright:\n\nWorking with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems involved in the manufacturing process.\nKeeping our systems running smoothly by performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.\nApplying your knowledge, skills, and experience to troubleshoot issues, boost equipment reliability and implement safe, reliable fixes maximizing production uptime.\nHaving great attention to detail to identify and request relevant parts to complete repairs in a timely manner.\nAccountability for assisting in a safe work environment.\n\nExperience and skills that will help you stand out:\n\nSuperior troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment would be considered a plus.
