We offer tuition reimbursement to support your learning journey.\n\nSummary of the Role\nAs a Structural Engineering Designer, supporting our Architecture and Engineering business unit, you will be responsible for designing and drafting structural engineering projects under the guidance of Structural Engineers/Project Managers. Projects will be located throughout the U.S. and will include: steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, timber and masonry. As part of a multi-disciplined firm, you will be coordinating with Site/Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Architects, and Construction Project Managers. You will be responsible for the production of structural engineering construction documents while adhering to client requirements, code requirements and site adjustments.\n\nResponsibilities\nAssist with design tasks and reports under the direction of senior staff.\nConduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations as well as generate reports/recommendations based on findings.\nAssist in maintaining task budgets.\nCoordinate and assist with addendums, RFI's and change orders.\nAssist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.\nAssist senior staff with the project approval process.\nOther related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.\nQualifications\nWe’re looking for talented professionals who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to high-quality, meaningful work.
