Required Skills: Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn)Valid Minnesota medical license or full IMLC certificationTrauma Level I or II experience preferredProficiency in emergency obstetric procedures and high-risk pregnancy managementStrong clinical judgment and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work a 24-hour in-house call shiftNice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records, particularly Epic/ExcellianFamiliarity with electronic fetal monitoring (Obix)Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLSPrevious experience in hospitalist or high-volume obstetric settingsPreferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionMinimum of 2 years of obstetric practice, preferably including high-risk case managementPrior work in Level II nursery environments is desirableOther Requirements: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)Willingness to work flexible shift hours, including 12-hour or 24-hour shiftsCredentialing timeframe approximately 90-120 daysTravel reimbursements and licensure fees covered when applicableThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with full support from maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
