Our core values drive us in all we do: Honor, Integrity, Generosity, and Humility.About the Role:We're looking for a Project Architect (licensed) / Project Leader (non-licensed) to drive the technical execution of our projects from concept through completion, documentation, and quality across project phases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, ensures quality and coordination, and can bridge design intent with real-world constructability.Essential Duties and Functions:Lead the technical development and execution of projects across all phasesProduce and oversee high-quality, coordinated construction documents aligned with firm standardsEnsure design intent is accurately translated into technical documentationCoordinate drawings, specifications, and consultant work for consistency and qualityMaintain compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and constructability standardsLead design and technical reviews for key projectsCollaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support project deliveryParticipate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical insightProactively identify and resolve design, coordination, and performance challengesMentor and support the development of junior team membersOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureAn architectural license (preferred) with a minimum of five years of experienceProgressive experience supporting and leading technical project executionStrong knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and coordinationWorking understanding of building codes and industry standardsProficiency in software used by the firm, including but not limited to Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and meet deadlinesHigh level of professionalism, initiative, and accountabilityHighly ethicalStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsTravel:This position will involve travel to client sites.
