They will also assemble all dies to make them fully functional. All required dimensional features will be inspected with the proper inspection equipment. A visual inspection will also be performed so that all dies shipped to the customer meet all Gala standards.\n\nPosition description – Tasks, responsibilities, competencies\nRead and interpret blueprints.\nUse the most effective and efficient methods to measure each die.\nSelect the proper measuring instrument for the feature being measured.\nDimensionally and visually inspect the product to ensure the product meets all print and customer requirements.\nEnter data in a data base.\nAssemble the die after inspection, adding all components specified for that particular die.\nOther tasks as assigned by the manager.\nThe incumbent considers all interests of quality, accident prevention and occupational safety as well as environmental safety in a preventive manner within his scope of responsibility and supports the avoidance of damages to people, facilities, assets, material and environment actively\nThe incumbent is obliged to perform tasks requested by management that relate to his position scope or arise from company needs.
