THE ROLE As a Student Analyst at BIG, you'll contribute meaningfully to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. You'll work under experienced BCBAs in a structured mentorship environment that bridges theory and clinical practice - without sacrificing the quality of care our clients deserve. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Scheduling is designed to accommodate graduate academic commitments while meeting client needs across in-person and telehealth settings. AT A GLANCE Position Type Full-Time, Non-Exempt Salaried Base Salary $60,000-$70,000 / year (based on experience) Bonus $2/hour for each billable hour above 100/month Earning Potential $70,000+ annually with salary + bonus combined Schedule 35-40 hours per week between 8:30am - 6:30pm M-F Settings Home, school, community, and telehealth Location Sacramento County, CA Reports To Supervising BCBA / BCBA-D WHAT YOU'LL DO • Carry an active caseload providing direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver training, and participation in social skills groups and self-monitoring programs. • Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA and/or BCBA-D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours when aligned with your fieldwork plan. • Conduct and support assessments including data collection, progress monitoring, and contributing to functional behavior assessments under supervisor direction. • Develop treatment plan components and provide written clinical documentation in Central Reach and related systems. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization and maintenance of client goals across settings. • Participate in scheduled supervision meetings case reviews, and team-based learning with fellow Student Analysts and BCBAs.
