We are seeking an IT Program Manager, who has demonstrated proactive leadership skills working with project managers, project leads, the VP of Delivery, and Senior VP of Operations as well as government Program Managers, Contract Office Representatives (CORs) and government Contract Officers (COs). The successful candidate will report to and work with the VP of Product Delivery to ensure success by meeting and managing expectations of our government clients. Builds positive relationships with our clients.\nProvide comprehensive IT program and project management, daily oversight of all product delivery for assigned government contracts, produces and/or reviews activity reports, contract utilization reports, and monitoring funding and revenue.\nServe as the primary point of contact with government officials and representatives on technical and project matters.\nMonitor and report project status with an integrated master schedule in Microsoft Project to mitigate risks and ensure quality and timely deliverables to clients within contract parameters.\nAssume responsibility for business, financial, programmatic, and administrative aspects of project performance (e.g., contractual, administrative, deliverables management, program performance metrics and financial management).\nSupport invoicing activities including invoice accuracy reviews and invoice submission.\nMonitor for overspending and under spend conditions (funding burn rates) across all contracts in the portfolio.\nLead and communicates with Project Managers and Site Leads to coordinate contract resources to meet scheduled deliverables.\nAssists with hiring actions to ensure all contracts are 100% staffed as needed.\nAssists with building client presentations, capability briefings, and supports sales staff as needed.\nLeads staff to adopt best practices for process and program management.\nRequired Education, Experience and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.\nMinimum of 3 years project management experience or Project Management certification (from PMI, Scrum Alliance, or other project management organization).\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager / Program Manager.\nRecent experience working in an Agile organization (Scrum / SAFe preferred).\nExpert skill with Excel and PowerPoint with moderate skill using data analysis techniques.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDetail oriented work style, able to track and manage multiple, concurrent task priorities.\nExperience managing deliverables for federal contracts / particularly contracts that provide professional services such as software development, finance, engineering, and/or business management.\nExperience managing Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.\nAbility to use standard office software / equipment.\nWillingness to travel to client sites in Virginia, and North Carolina.
