Glean now positions itself as a leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities.About the Role You will:Build delightful user interfaces with React.js in collaboration with product designers and backend engineersOversee the entirety of your features from inception to launch and beyondWrite robust code that is easy to read, maintain, and testIntegrate an instant Glean experience into every workflow while respecting platform constraintsMentor more junior engineers or learn from experienced onesAbout you BA/BS in computer science or related degreeExperience with a highly polished consumer-grade React.js app, or 4+ years with any web appThrives in a customer-focused, tight-knit, cross-functional environmentProactive and positive attitude to lead, learn, troubleshoot, and take ownership of tasks and featuresPassionate about open web technologies (HTML5/CSS/JS) to build pixel-perfect, low-latency, high-FPS interfaces across devicesExperience in or interest in one or more: Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Web Extensions, Electron, Capacitor, React, Redux, WebpackLocation Hybrid role (3 days a week in either the San Francisco or Palo Alto office)Salary and Benefits The standard base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $260,000 annually. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
