Job Overview Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food service and team management? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Subway Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast-paced, quick-service restaurant. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, food handling, and waste reduction to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to health regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and ensuring proper food handling procedures. Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing customer service excellence, and resolving operational issues promptly. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team aligned with company values. Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food production processes, and overall hospitality experience to deliver a welcoming environment for guests. Implement budgeting strategies and manage costs effectively while maintaining high-quality service levels. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast-food restaurants; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and food industry standards. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on customer service excellence and staff development. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
