The role partners with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native solutions, optimize infrastructure performance, and drive DevOps best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Design & DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable AWS infrastructure solutions.Develop cloud architectures using AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, and Route 53.Create reusable infrastructure components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.Perform cloud capacity planning, architecture reviews, and infrastructure optimization.DevOps & AutomationDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks.Implement configuration management and infrastructure automation using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.Promote DevSecOps practices and automated testing within deployment pipelines.Cloud Operations & SupportMonitor AWS environments using CloudWatch, AWS Config, CloudTrail, and third-party monitoring tools.Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application performance, and deployment issues.Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.Support production releases and critical incident resolution.Security & ComplianceImplement AWS security best practices including IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and WAF.Ensure cloud environments comply with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.Conduct security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and access control management.Technical Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementGather and analyze infrastructure requirements from business and technical stakeholders.Evaluate cloud technologies and recommend cost-effective infrastructure solutions.Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills8–10+ years of IT along with cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience.At-least 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud implementation experience.
