A position in this class is responsible for providing direct wound care treatments in collaboration with the overseeing practitioners, and for the implementation of the facility wound prevention and treatment programs. In addition, a position in this class dispenses medications, provides treatments and has the required knowledge for documentation on a medical record. 2 Vacancies Available: 7a-3p 3p-11p Free daycare to all Gracedale employees New wage increase LPN: Annual range = $56,160 to $61,900.80. Salaries for this position are based on verifiable experience. Pay rate for candidates with less than five (5) years of experience in the same position: $27.00 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus. Pay rate for candidates with at least five (5) years but less than ten (10) years of experience in the same position: $28.82 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus. Pay rate for candidates with ten (10) or more years of experience in the same position: $30.75 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus. Gracedale Nursing Home - County of Northampton offers: Excellent benefits, unlimited overtime, educational assistance, generous time off and flexible schedules. FT/PT 8-hour schedules with every other weekend shifts. 3-day weekend shifts with overtime paid after 40 hours, 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Per diem and part time every other weekend shifts available. Overtime is paid for time worked over 8 hours per day for LPNs. Overtime is paid for the entire shift on your "off" weekend.
