Product Analyst

ECommerce Product Analyst - RemoteOptomi, in partnership with an industry leading food distributor, is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team. This role will support a Senior Product Owner by writing user stories, collaborating with engineers, presenting at demos, and managing the product backlog. This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is comfortable in Agile environments and has experience working cross-functionally. The position offers potential growth into a Product Analyst role within our organization.Responsibilities:Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with the engineering team to ensure stories are understood and implementableManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelinesPresent at demos, showcasing product updates and progress to stakeholdersUtilize Jira and Confluence for documentation and trackingWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure cohesive product deliverySupport the Alerts team with projects related to email alerts, push notifications, payment reminders, and in-app learning toolsContribute to upcoming projects, including user preference centers, auto-pay setup, and user management toolsMust-Haves:2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within an Agile environmentProficiency in writing user storiesFamiliarity with Jira and ConfluenceAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in cross-functional teamworkKnowledge of messaging and API integrationsE-commerce experience is a plusPreferred Skills:Experience with messaging platforms, especially those related to alerts and notificationsFamiliarity with e-commerce and communication-driven roles
