Role: Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: RemoteFull Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are HiringWe are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our team.You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and play a key rolein evolving our talent strategy and employer brand.Your ImpactOwn full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboardingPartner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processesManage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and time-to-fill goalsBuild and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channelsLead intake conversations and provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers, including training on recruiting best practicesMaintain accurate, real-time updates in the ATS while tracking and leveraging key recruiting metricsSupport employer branding efforts, recruiting events, onboarding processes, and internal promotionsYour Strengths4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (cannabis a plus)Experience managing high-volume recruiting in a multi-location organizationStrong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple searches at onceConfident communicator who can build relationships across all levels, including senior leadershipExperience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Greenhouse or similar a plus)Knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment lawsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate with a high level of ownershipIf we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLEAnd we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will beCHAMPIONS OF CANNABISWhy Join UsHolistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
