If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nSet up, register, and operate automatic screen-printing presses.\nMix inks and ensure accurate color matching.\nPrepare screens and verify artwork before production.\nMaintain consistent print quality throughout production runs.\nTroubleshoot registration and print quality issues.\nPerform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.\nMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.\nWork closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.\nQualifications\nPrevious screen-printing experience is required.\nDirect-to-Film (DTF) printing experience is a plus.\nExperience with manual and/or automatic presses.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.\nDependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nFull-time, stable employment.\nOpportunities for growth and advancement.\nSupportive, team-oriented work environment.\nPaid holidays and paid time off.\nHealth and other benefits.\nWhy Work With Us?\nWe believe great employees are the foundation of our success.
