Adecco is hiring for Bouquet Maker / Floral Production AssociateJob SummaryThe Bouquet Maker is responsible for assembling high quality floral bouquets in a fast paced production environment. This role includes selecting flowers from a conveyor system, sorting and prepping stems, arranging bouquets according to established designs, and ensuring all finished products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient with their hands, and able to work well in a team setting.Key ResponsibilitiesFlower Handling & SelectionPull flowers from conveyor belts or production lines according to bouquet recipes or order requirements.Sort flowers by type, size, color, and quality.Inspect flowers for damage, wilting, or defects and remove unusable stems.Preparation & AssemblyClean, trim, and prep stems (e.g., deleafing, cutting to length, removing thorns).Separate flowers into correct bunch counts or varieties.Assemble bouquets following specific design templates or client guidelines.Tie bouquets securely using ties, rubber bands, or floral tape.Wrap bouquets with sleeves, labels, and packaging materials as directed.Quality AssuranceEnsure bouquets match required counts, style, color combinations, and overall appearance.Maintain accuracy and consistency in every arrangement.Report damaged products or equipment issues to supervisors.Workplace Safety & EfficiencyMaintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.Follow all workplace safety procedures, especially when using knives or floral clippers.Meet daily production quotas and speed expectations.Team & CommunicationCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Communicate supply shortages or operational issues promptly.Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast paced, production line environment.Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.Basic counting and sorting skills.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Experience in floral handling or assembly is a plus but not required.Willingness to work in a chilled environment (common in floral warehouses).Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed.All day standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions.Pay Details: $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
