This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and supporting production through effective materials management and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nMaintain inventory accuracy by entering discrepancies, cycle counts, and receipts into systems.\nMonitor inventory levels and run reports each shift to ensure appropriate supply levels.\nCommunicate supply issues and risks to suppliers, Material Planners, and leadership.\nSupport inbound and outbound logistics including expedite activity and shipment tracking.\nPull inventory to support production requirements and build-outs.\nFollow engineering change procedures and min/max inventory processes.\nSupport plant inventory activities, dock operations, and shipment transactions.\nWho You Are\nAssociate degree or equivalent experience in materials or manufacturing environment.\n1–3 years of experience in materials, logistics, or automotive manufacturing.\nExperience with inventory systems and JIT environments.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and follow standardized processes.\nHealth, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements\n\nNormal office and plant environment mobility required. Ability to support shop floor and warehouse activity. Up to 5% travel required.
