General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, versatile, and detail-oriented General Laborer to support our operations across facilities, warehouse, and manufacturing projects. This role involves physical, hands-on work, helping to keep properties maintained, inventory organized, and projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Facilities & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of multiple residential and commercial properties. Monitor and report maintenance needs, restock supplies, and maintain safe and organized work areas. Warehouse & Manufacturing Support: Lift, move, and organize inventory; assist with shipping/receiving; support production and keep work areas clean and efficient. Landscaping: Mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor areas to keep them neat and functional. General Duties: Adapt to a rotating schedule across multiple tasks, prioritize daily responsibilities, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Versatile and willing to take on a variety of hands-on tasks. Previous experience in facilities maintenance, warehouse work, landscaping, or handyman projects is a plus.
